Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast into fine strips. Dice paprika. Clean and wash the lettuce, cut the onion into fine rings.
  2. Season the turkey with salt and pepper and quickly fry in a little oil. Roast the peppers briefly. Deglaze with a little water and add the diced tomatoes. Add the corn, season with salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, basil and chilli and cook for a few minutes, season to taste.
  3. Mix the crème fraiche with plenty of garlic, salt and herbs.
  4. Briefly heat soft tortillas in a pan without oil or in the microwave. Cover with lettuce leaves and onion rings, turkey sauce and garlic sauce as desired and roll up.
  5. To reduce fat, you can replace part or all of the crème fraiche with yogurt.
