Instructions

  1. The quantities refer to pure pulp! Prepare all varieties separately from each other: Peel about 150g kiwi, cut into small pieces and remove the stalk, puree and mix with 25ml kiwi syrup. Peel, core, dice and puree 1 mango (approx. 180g) and mix with 25ml mango syrup. Clean and puree 250g strawberries and mix with 25ml strawberry syrup. Add half the juice of one lime to the kiwi and mango puree. Mix the strawberry puree with the juice of one lemon. Mix each with the corresponding amount of jam sugar 1: 3 (1/3 of the weight). Bring the first jam (kiwi) to the boil and fill it hot. After it has cooled down, prepare and fill up the second variety (mango), proceed accordingly with the third variety (strawberry). After the strawberry jam has been poured in, immediately close the jar while hot. After cooling, store the glass upside down if possible, otherwise the red of the strawberries will spread to the mango too quickly. So the traffic light lasts longer. The amount is sufficient for approx. 600 ml.
