Instructions

  1. Peel and finely grate the onion. Make a dressing with the vinegar, oil, a little salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and the chopped herbs.
  2. Cut the peppers and feta into small cubes and add to the dressing. Add the corn with the liquid, put the kidney beans in a sieve, rinse and then add to the salad. Taste everything.
  3. The salad can either be served without a side dish or with 200-250g pasta (fork spaghetti is best) or with a bread roll when traveling. You can also mix in the cooled noodles, then the salad will fill you up.
