Brush the biscuits with apricot jam and place on the bottom of a glass bowl. Pour 1 glass of fruit juice or sherry over it. Peel the banana and orange and core with the peach, if necessary, and then cut into pieces. Put the fruit over the biscuits in the bowl. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the packet and pour over the fruit. Whip the cream and add at the end. Garnish with pieces of fruit at the end. Put in a cool place.
