Cook the potatoes for a maximum of 10 minutes. In the meantime, mix the marinade from the other ingredients. Press the garlic, add it, just add the sprig. After the 10 minutes, drain the potatoes, add them to the marinade and let them steep, shaking or stirring the container every now and then so that the marinade is always well distributed.
Very tasty as a side dish for grilling or just like that.
