Instructions

  1. Hollow out the pineapple with a pineapple cutter and puree the pulp. Peel, core and puree the mango and peaches. The pitted apricots can be pureed with the skin on. Measure the pureed fruit.
  2. Now add the lemon juice and sugar according to the instructions on the packet. Bring to the boil, simmer for 3 minutes and pour into hot-washed glasses.
  3. Makes approx. 6 glasses of 250 g each.
  4. It is worth using fresh fruit for the preparation.
