Fill a large glass (approx. 400ml) to the brim with crushed ice. Put in a stand mixer (mine has an icecrush function), add the remaining ingredients, do not forget the lid of the mixer and mix until a stiff mixture is formed. Then fits exactly into the previously used glass. Put in the straw and enjoy! Decorate with a cocktail umbrella and / or with half an orange slice as desired.
The amount of syrup or yoghurt can be changed according to taste.
That`s how I copied it in a café a few years ago and have been making frappé every summer since then. It is ready super quickly, deliciously refreshing and always goes down well with guests.
