Mix all ingredients in a shaker or mixer. Fill a large cocktail glass with 3-4 ice cubes and pour the well-mixed drink over it. Garnish the glass with a slice of orange or a piece of pineapple.
The cocktail is particularly tasty and fruity if you use frozen lemon juice instead of normal ice cubes.
