Instructions

  1. Chop the fruit and put it in a smoothie maker or blender. If you want, you can puree the fruit so that it has a liquid consistency. Then add the yogurt and oatmeal and mix again.
  2. Great for breakfast or just in between. If you add more oat flakes, you get a slightly thicker consistency that is easy to spoon.
