Put the fruits in a bowl, fill up to 1000 g with sliced bananas and let thaw overnight.
Put the fruit and the resulting juice in a saucepan, add the preserving sugar and citric acid and mix well, then add lemon juice to taste (I added a tablespoon full). Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, let it boil for 4 minutes, pour into glasses immediately, close them and let them cool down.
A delicious, slightly different enjoyment for breakfast.
