  2. Put the pineapple juice in the freezer at least 1/2 hour beforehand to cool.
  3. Peel the banana and put it in a blender together with the pear, buttermilk and pineapple juice and puree finely. Then pour into 4 glasses and decorate with a slice of pear each. Enjoy cold.
