Instructions
Cut the trout fillet into approx. 5 mm cubes. Finely chop the onion. Mix the fish and onion well with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with the pepper.
Let it sit for about 1 to 2 hours. White or toasted bread goes best with it.
