Instructions

  1. First cut the aluminum foil to size (depending on the size of the trout). Now cut the lemon into slices. Salt and pepper the trout and rub with herbs.
  2. Stuff the lemon wedges with the garlic in the trout. Moisten the fish with oil and wrap the whole thing with the foil.
  3. Cook at 200 degrees (preheat the oven) for 15 minutes. Parsley potatoes or fried potatoes are recommended as side dishes.
