- First cut the aluminum foil to size (depending on the size of the trout). Now cut the lemon into slices. Salt and pepper the trout and rub with herbs.
- Stuff the lemon wedges with the garlic in the trout. Moisten the fish with oil and wrap the whole thing with the foil.
- Cook at 200 degrees (preheat the oven) for 15 minutes. Parsley potatoes or fried potatoes are recommended as side dishes.
