Instructions

  1. Mix the quark and yoghurt well and stir until smooth. Peel the cucumber, cut in half, remove the seeds and either grate coarsely or dice very finely. Press the garlic and mix in with the cucumber. Season with salt and season with chopped dill.
  2. Let steep for at least 2 hours before serving.
