• 25 ml oil, (walnut oil)
• 50 ml oil, (grape seed oil)
• 100 ml balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon mustard, (Dijon mustard, grainy)
• 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a sealable container and stir and shake well.
2. Can be served with a variety of salads, best suited for green salads.
3. It becomes particularly tasty if you grate a little parmesan over the salad and sprinkle with roasted pine nuts.
