Grate the zucchini in a bowl, season with salt and let steep for 10 minutes. Squeeze the water out of the zucchini through a tea towel.
Mix the zucchini, tuna, egg, oat flakes and, if necessary, a little grated cheese, knead, salt and pepper and shape into small balls or patties.
Heat a pan with oil and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. If necessary, you can put goat cream cheese on top and wait until it has melted from the heat.
The quantities make about 3 - 4 medium-sized patties.
