Instructions

  1. Cut the tuna into very fine slices, freeze a little beforehand if necessary. Prepare the dressing, pour half on a platter. Arrange the tuna slices next to each other and cover with the rest of the dressing.
  2. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with coriander before serving.
