Immediately turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees. Wash the fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
Cut into small steaks like this. Season with salt and pepper a little on all sides.
Place the fish pieces in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with spices. I do not recommend using a lot of seasonings for tuna fillets, so as not to kill the delicate taste of the fish.
Peel the garlic and chop with a knife. Sprinkle the fish on top.
Pour olive oil generously into a mold. Cover with a lid and you can go to the oven.
Roast the tuna fillets in the oven for 10 minutes, then gently turn each piece and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
