Instructions

  1. For the tonnato sauce, cut the well-drained tuna into pieces and puree in the food processor together with the anchovies, capers (not the big ones) and egg yolks. Gradually pour in the olive oil so that it emulsifies with the other ingredients to form a thick mayonnaise. Adjust the consistency with a little broth and season with lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  2. Also tastes good with a piece of ciabatta.
