Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package -not quite- aldente. Peel and dice the onions. Then fry in oil until they are light brown in color. Add the cream, milk, tomato paste and cream cheese and simmer while stirring until the cheese has melted.
  2. Season to taste with pepper, salt, chilli and paprika powder. If the sauce is still too runny, add some sour cream. I like to add some of the water from the tuna cans to the sauce - then give the sauce itself a little of the fishy taste.
  3. Put the pasta in a baking dish. Spread the canned tuna in the noodles (I like to make larger pieces of tuna, because I don`t really like it when the tuna overcooks).
  4. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle generously with cheese. Place in the oven at approx. 180 ° C until the cheese runs nicely and is lightly browned.
