- Rinse the tuna steaks with cold water, pat dry and place on a plate. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, chill.
- Wash and drain the lettuce. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Mix 4 tablespoons of olive oil with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Turn half of the tomatoes in it, remove.
- Peel and chop the garlic, mix with the olives, lettuce and the remaining tomatoes and serve.
- Rinse and drain the basil.
- Fry the tuna on both sides in 2 tablespoons of oil - only 1 minute or through (6 minutes), depending on your preference.
- Arrange on the salad. Spread the remaining tomatoes with basil on the fish.
