Chop the kernels in the TM or mill. Mix all ingredients except the sesame with a hand blender or in the TM until creamy. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the mixture solidifies.
Shape the mixture into balls. Roll the balls in sesame seeds and warm them up very gently, either in the microwave or in the oven, then place them on lettuce leaves or place one ball on each of a peeled orange slice. Garnish with balsamic cream.
There are no limits to the imagination for the decoration and the sesame can also be roasted briefly.
