Instructions
Put the tuna oil in a bowl. Add the chopped onion, garlic and parsley, as well as the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and nutmeg (must be very strong), add diced paprika and cooked rice, mix well, fold in the tuna.
Let it steep for 30 minutes.
