- Drain the tuna, kidney beans and corn.
- Mix a dressing with olive oil, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, chili powder and herbs.
- Then mix everything together. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over it. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and let it steep for about 2 hours.
- We like to make the salad for grilling or just with fresh baguette.
