Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna, kidney beans and corn.
  2. Mix a dressing with olive oil, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, chili powder and herbs.
  3. Then mix everything together. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over it. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and let it steep for about 2 hours.
  4. We like to make the salad for grilling or just with fresh baguette.
