Instructions

  1. Clean the spring onions, rinse and cut into rings. Clean and wash the pepper and cut into fine strips. Peel, quarter, core and finely dice the apple. Drain the pineapple while collecting the juice. Cut the gouda into small cubes.
  2. Put the spring onions, bell peppers, apple, pineapple and Gouda in a bowl and drizzle with 50 ml pineapple juice. Let it steep briefly.
  3. Peel the egg and cut in half. Finely dice the egg white. Mash the yolk with a fork and mix with the mayonnaise.
  4. Drain the tuna in a colander, then chop it roughly. Mix with the egg yolk and mayonnaise mixture and fold into the ingredients in the bowl. Season everything with freshly ground pepper and let it steep in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
