Instructions

  1. Fry the onion in the olive oil until golden brown. Finely chop the garlic and mix with a little salt. Then mash it with a knife. Add the crushed garlic to the onion and fry briefly. Add the tuna and fry briefly. Add vegetable stock, pepper and spices. Simmer for about 10 minutes and add the cream. Possibly add a little flour to thicken.
  2. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Finally season to taste. Serve the spaghetti on a warmed plate and pour the tuna sauce over it.
  3. Garnish with fresh spices and serve immediately. Can also be served as a starter.
