Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the tuna steaks and fry them briefly on each side in a little oil. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Dice the remaining ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, rapeseed oil and lemon juice and mix with the couscous. Let the couscous salad cool and serve with the tuna.
