• 600 g applesauce
• 2 cups cream (00 g)
• 2 packs cream stabilizer
• 2 teaspoon, heaped cinnamon powder
• 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Then mix the applesauce with the cinnamon and the vanilla sugar and then fold in the stiff cream.
2. Place in the fridge for about 1 hour and then serve. Tip: Can also be made from leftover applesauce (use leftovers).
