Rub the turkey meat well with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion.
Peel the apples, remove the casing and cut into small pieces.
Rub a roasting pan (I`ll use the Tupper Ultra) a little with butter and then put the roast in it. Pour the apple pieces over it, as well as some butter flakes and the bouillon. Cover with water and place in the oven at 185 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Then take the meat out of the roaster, keep warm and puree the apples in the roaster. Now add the cream and wine and stir. Put the meat back in the roaster and let it sit in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Matching side dishes: red cabbage, dumplings, rice, spaetzle.
This recipe actually came about due to a lack of ingredients. The meat had to go and I didn`t want to go shopping. It was quick and easy. The meat was still really juicy and the sauce to our taste.
