Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast into small pieces. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Cut the bananas into small pieces just before eating. Cut the cheese into thin slices. Whip the sweet cream until it is half stiff, fold in the creme fraiche, season with the curry powder and pepper. To let go.
  2. Put the meat in the pan and season with soy sauce. Cover with fruit and pour the cream mixture over it. Finally, put cheese on top and cook in the raclette grill until everything is browned.
  3. Serve with rice or white bread.
  4. Tip: Leftovers can be used very well the next day. Simply fry the meat with butter in the pan, sauté the fruit briefly and pour the rest of the sauce over it. Let everything warm up again.
