Instructions

  1. Clean and chop the onion, cut the schnitzel into very fine strips, season with salt and pepper. Fry the onion and meat in the pan with butter or oil. Then remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in the pan and heat the potato noodles for five minutes. Add flour and sweat. Slowly add the cold broth while stirring vigorously and stir until smooth. Add the cream. Season the sauce a little if necessary. Put the meat strips back into the sauce, also the drained vegetables and let them slowly simmer for 15 minutes, do not cook anymore!
  3. Then the dish can be prepared. Another fresh salad - delicious!
