Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Dice the meat, quarter the mushrooms, cut the bell pepper into strips and divide the broccoli into florets.
Fry the meat all around in a little oil, then remove from the pan. Fry the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Add the meat again. Pour in the broth and cream. Add the broccoli florets and paprika. Let everything simmer for at least 10 minutes, until the broccoli is tender. Thicken the sauce with a light sauce thickener and season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, add the parsley.
