Instructions

  1. For this recipe I use four large turkey breast slices from the organic butcher. I fry these in a pan with a little olive oil and a little caraway seeds on both sides. Then take them out of the pan and then place them in two refractory bowls.
  2. Since this is a quick dish, the sauce is ready in no time. Mix the cottage cheese, the mug of cream, the freshly squeezed cloves of garlic with a little salt and pepper and half of the chopped parsley and pour over the turkey schnitzel until they are almost covered.
  3. Put in the preheated oven at 225 ° C for about 1 hour (until the cottage cheese is lightly browned).
  4. Scatter the rest of the parsley on top and serve with fresh baguette.
