Fry the turkey breast fillet in a little clarified butter. When the meat is seared, add the chopped peppers and fry for about 5 minutes. Deglaze the whole thing with 1/4 liter of hot water. Pour in the squeezed juice from the oranges.
While the whole is simmering, chop the chilli peppers, finely dice the garlic and add 1 teaspoon of granulated chicken broth and the thyme to the pot.
After 1/4 hour add the cream and cook the meat in it on medium heat.
Finally, season again with salt and pepper and serve.
