Instructions

  1. Add water for the rice.
  2. Pour the clear broth with 50 ml of hot water. Halve the avocados, remove the stone, loosen the pulp with a tablespoon and collect this in a bowl. Mash with a fork and stir in the lemon juice. Press the garlic clove and add. Add the broth as needed. Mix well with a fork. Salt, pepper, add the cream and stir everything in well. Season again with salt and pepper. The avocado cream is not warmed up.
  3. Wash the meat, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Melt the clarified butter in the pan and fry the turkey breast for about seven to eight minutes on each side.
