Mix the white wine with the orange juice and soy sauce, pour over the turkey breast. Let it steep overnight.
Remove the turkey breast, pat dry and season. Fry in hot fat. Deglaze with the marinade and stew for approx. 1 hour.
Thicken the sauce with a little flour. Stir in the green pepper and basil. Season to taste with the spices. Roast the cashew nuts without fat and mix them with the rice that has been boiled in the salt water in the meantime.
