Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes. Peel and dice the onion, clean the peppers, peel the skin. Cut both into cubes.
Heat the oil, fry the turkey cubes and season with chili powder. Fry the onion and paprika briefly. Add the chicken stock and the tomato sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 10 minutes over medium heat.
Rinse and drain the corn. Stir into the goulash and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, possibly harissa
Baguette, potatoes, rice and pasta go well with it.
