- Let the Mie noodles steep in boiling water for 4 minutes.
- Chop the turkey meat, cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and dice the onion.
- Fry the turkey meat and onion cubes, add the noodles. Season generously with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Pour a clumped egg over it and let it set.
- Finally add the Chinese cabbage, let the lid stew for a few minutes.
