Cut the turkey breast into small cubes and season with salt and pepper. Then mix with the mayonnaise, eggs and flour so that it forms a mass. Then add 100-200 g of cheese, if you like.
Heat a pan with a little oil. Put the finished mixture into the pan with a spoon - always enough so that the cookies are not too large. I always take a heaped tablespoon and flatten the mixture a little.
Turn after a short time (depends on the pan and stove). The cookies should be golden brown as in the photo.
