Cut the turkey breast, tomato and onion into cubes.
Season the meat and sear it in a pan with oil. Then add the diced tomatoes and onions and fry them. Then stir in the cream cheese and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Let simmer until the meat is cooked through.
In the meantime, cook the rice until it is firm to the bite according to the instructions on the packet and then add it to the meat. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
