Instructions

  1. Mix well the flour, 1 pinch of salt, eggs, milk, 125 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of oil and let it soak for about 1/2 hour.
  2. Cut or slice the cucumber into thin slices. Cut tomatoes into slices.
  3. Cut the turkey breast fillet into small strips and season generously with gyros and salt and pepper - depending on your taste and seasoning. Fry the meat in a little clarified butter.
  4. For the sauce, mix the yogurt, ketchup and a pinch of sugar (or 1 drop of sweetener) and season with a dollop of mustard, salt and pepper.
  5. Melt some clarified butter in a pan and fry the crepes one after the other with a thin layer of batter.
  6. Then fill the crepes with a leaf of lettuce, cucumber, tomato, meat and the yogurt sauce. Roll up and serve!
  7. The recipe quantity is sufficient as a main meal for 2 adults. Also as a snack for 4 people. We prefer to eat it on hot summer days.
