Brush the turkey schnitzel on both sides with peanut butter (I always use the peanut butter with pieces). Then put the schnitzel in a greased baking dish. Wash the zucchini, cut lengthways into strips and place over the schnitzel. Scatter 2 tablespoons of seasoned peanuts on top. Mix the tomato paste with the cream and the crème fraiche and season well with pepper, salt, paprika powder and granulated broth. Pour everything over the schnitzel. Cut a mozzarella into slices and spread over the schnitzel.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes. Serve hot.
