Instructions

  1. Grate a quarter of the cucumber for the tsatziki, then mix with the quark and milk. Press the garlic clove directly into the quark through the press and season everything with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the meat into strips 1-2 cm wide. Mix with 1/2 teaspoon of gyros spice and 2 tablespoons of oil.
  3. Slice the remaining cucumber thinly for the salad. Dice the pulp of the tomatoes into small pieces.
  4. Put the chopped dill in a bowl with vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard. Beat in 3 tablespoons of oil with a fork. Mix the cucumber and tomatoes with the marinade.
  5. Halve the peeled onion and cut across into thin slices.
  6. Brown the meat in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the onion slices and fry for 6-8 minutes.
  7. Arrange the quark, salad, turkey gyros and flatbread (or pita bread) and serve.
