Season the turkey legs with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Sear it on all sides in a hot pan and then place in an ovenproof dish.
In the same pan, fry the finely chopped onions, then the tomatoes. Season a little and add to the legs. Pour the chicken stock (I`ve also made beef stock) on top of everything.
Braise in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for at least 1.5 hours. Then, if necessary, thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener and season to taste again.
This goes well with rice and salad of your choice.
