Instructions

  1. Rub the turkey legs well with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Chop the peeled tomatoes and the peeled onion. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Put the vegetables in a casserole with the bacon cut into strips and the thighs. Pour in the broth and simmer everything gently for 1 hour over a low heat. Take out the turkey thighs and keep warm. Mix the sauce with the cream and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Tie as desired.
