Instructions

  1. Cut into the skin of the turkey legs, rub the legs vigorously with salt. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it with the skin side down over high heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix together 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, honey and soy sauce. Place the legs in an ovenproof dish, skin side up. Brush with honey paste and roast the legs in the oven for about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, add some water to the mold.
  3. Put rice noodles in boiling salted water, remove the saucepan from the stove and cover and let the noodles soak for 5 minutes. Pour into a colander, quench, drain.
  4. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Same with the Chinese cabbage. Mix the sherry vinegar, pepper, soy sauce, crushed garlic and oil into a marinade. Put the pasta and vegetables in a bowl and mix with the marinade. To taste.
  5. Cut the turkey legs into slices, pour the gravy over them and serve everything.
