Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a higher pan, add the cleaned liver, brown over medium heat. Add the bay leaves (tear slightly) and the onion rings, sauté everything briefly. Dust with the flour, stir briefly, then deglaze with the wine. Simmer gently, add the cream, now salt and pepper, let simmer a little more, remove the bay leaves, season to taste.
  2. Mashed potatoes and lettuce also taste great.
