Instructions

  1. Divide the turkey breast fillet lengthways and fry it with the peppercorns and garlic on both sides, then take it out of the pan and wrap it in foil to keep it warm.
  2. Chop the onions and fry them in the same pan and season with freshly ground colored pepper and rosemary. Sweat approx. 3-5 cm strips of tomato paste, then add the cooking cream and season to taste.
  3. Now cut the fried fillet pieces into approx. 2 cm thick slices and fry them again on both sides until they are crispy.
  4. Now we arrange the turkey medallions on the cleaned rocket and add the sauce.
  5. Basmati rice is served with it.
