- Fry the meat and season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Fry the mushrooms, onions and spring onions, add the stock and stew for about 10 minutes. Add herbs.
- Add the meat again and refine with creme fraiche.
- Possibly add seasoning.
- We usually eat rice with it, but also pasta or croquettes.
