Clean, halve or quarter the mushrooms. Clean the onion / s and cut into rings. Wash tomatoes, cut in half. Wash the turkey meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a pan or wok, fry the meat well and remove it from the pan. Steam the mushrooms and onion rolls in the frying fat and deglaze with the stock. Bring to the boil and dissolve the cream cheese in it. Thicken a little with a sauce thickener. Add the meat and tomatoes and let them warm up. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
